my Corsair h2100 wont play any audio

I have plugged it into 3 different usb ports, i have look for hours on different websites, and nothing has worked. how can i get my audio to come through?

Does it work on another system? Did you install the corsair software for it?

If it doesn't work, then RMA it. I have a older version the Corsair 1500v2, and it constantly looses connection even though it's a direct usb connection. Get logitech.
