My cousins galaxy tab E 9 inch will power off(shut off) everytime i plug it in. And every time its not plugged in it works normally. And a few days ago he dropped the tablet and it cracked the screen. And possibly damaged the charging port or the battery . But if its not the charging port nor the battery i need how to fix it

Did you try another charger to see if that is the problem?
