My dell inspiron 14 keeps turning on and off and won't start up

Can't get my dell inspiron 14 to turn on, it just keeps turning on and off

Try turning it on without the battery. Try removing the hard drive and just going into the BIOS setup. Try a different charger. If none of that helps, you may need to replace the motheboard.

As its only 1 month old tesco are replacing just thought I would ask incase it was something and nothing, but got told hard drive had gone. Not good in a new machine. Thanks anyway.
