my dell inspiron 1564 doesnt connect to my phone but detects the phone but it doesnt detect my soney ericson MW600 bluetooth headset

You have to set the headphones to "find or detect mode." There should be instructions that came with them that will let you know how to do so.

but it doesnot help my phone detects the headphone in the same mode.
