my dell inspiron 5559 stutters while playing video on youtube. I use other friends internet it plays fine. What is going on?

My dell Inspiron 5559 started stuttering about 1 week ago while playing video's on You Tube.
I play it on my U Verse it stutters. When I playing it on other people's U Verse it plays fine. I have 5 different brands of laptops and they all play fine. It plays the you tube video's when getting online with my Samsung Galaxy s7 and it plays the video's fine. What is going on with my Dell?
