Its week before Christmas and this company just cancelled my order as I called them out for lying about shipping and they didn't care too much about that. They didn't offer to refund my money, just cancelled my order. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to stop the transaction. Yes, they deducted the money and sent a shipping notice, which currently is in the "Label created" status. I sent multiple emails to question this and they replied to the 3rd on the 3rd day. I also caught them in a lie. My neighbor, who I referred to them also ordered the exact same model/color several days after me and hers actually was shipped. This company said FEDEX isn't updating things due to the holidays and it was shipped. Then cancelled my order as I collected a sequence of event with little cynicism to show them . I will provide all of the email communication as I did to the BBB if requested. I purchased this item in part due to these paid reviews. If you want to take the chance on a company who lies to you and when call out will attempt to ruin your young child's Christmas, then this is the company for you.
Toms guide provided a product review for you. Maybe a free product, maybe not.. The writer has a minor in advertisement so they are open about that.. but since they are a company who is reviewing their product and you are just a person, maybe read this replay a little closer. I never received the product, but I did receive run around and lots of the blame game trying to delay this...
This is my email response that caused them to cancel my order... FYI They had stock of the color and model I ordered according to their website 12/13, 3 days after my first email. I have a screen capture showing this. So that is not the issue. Also my neighbors shipped, which was order 3 days later.

3 - Respond to 3rd Customer Email - "We dont know. It could be us or the shipping company. Be patient. Holidays or something"
4- Respond to Reply of Email which communicated neighbors order of same product and color several days later, whom I referred to Droyd . "The facts are...It's shipped and will arrive soon"
5 - Respond to Reply of email asking for Tracking number to support "facts". "We don't know but it could have been shipped. Possibly a FEDEX update issue. (because they dont run a tight ship or something) Maybe cancel in a couple of days"
Did I miss anything?

"Here are the facts
-Your shipment left our facility on the 8th
-Shipping from California to Florida normally takes 5 days plus an additional 3 days due to the holiday rush, putting your delivery somewhere around mid-next week. "

Well its mid next week right as I post this and they subsequently canceled my order without refunding.
