Question My FPS Went from 100-120 to 20-30

Alright from last post i got my laptop fixed that is the ASUS ROG g503 ge but now theres a major fps drop on the laptop and idk what is causing it,i played rainbow six from 100 to 30 fps now,before this happened of what i remembered i installed geforce experience,is that the problem or is it something else,ive checked my CPU and GPU usage but not the temperature yet.Thanks in advance

You may have switched from GPU graphics to CPU. Try opening GeForce experience, and you should see an option to use your GPU in stead of your CPU.

still having the fps problem,i think i should do factory reset? or do you know any other way?
