My Galaxy Ace Duos keeps telling me that my SD card and USB storage is unavailable when I connect it to the PC?

So, When I connect my phone to my computer by using my USB cable, it keeps telling me that my SD card,and my USB storage is unavailable even though my SD card is inserted? i took it out of my phone and put it back in,and still,nothing...what should I do?

The card is either worn out or faulty. Dump it and buy a new card.
