Question my gtx1050mobile isnt running slow

im getting 40-70fps inconsistently on low settings in overwatch. Its a laptop from 2017 with intel i7-7700HQ and 16gb ram

yes. i remember last time it use to run it at 100+ fps. i also have most of my laptop settings in high performance mode
