Question My hp laptop wont load my photos

Hello, i have a problem with my hp laptop. When i try to accsess a photo it says that another program is using it right now. I have tried to shut down my computer but it still is showing this. What can I do?

where the photo directory location? try copied them to somewhere else?

I haven't run into the problem for a long time, but there are programs you can download that will "unlock" a file. Make sure you get such program from a reputable site. Sometime a system program will lock a file. Not always clear why.....
