My hp volume icon is missing on my hp pc

The volume icon on my HP PC is missing from the lower right-hand corner - how do I get it back?

First try rebooting, as it may have simply not loaded. If that doesn't work, report back to us.

Go to Control Panel, click on Sounds and Audio icon. Tick the box which says Place Volume icon on Taskbar.
