Ive tried everything on here i tried to wipe it but it does come up that its wiped and it goes back to the tempo screen that my husbands job put om there,he bought this from the compant for me they disnt need them,it now says safe mode,plxz help

Speak to a IT guy from his company seems they encrypted the hard drive or something possibly a new hdd will work fine.
