Question My iPhone isn't working.

Hello! When i was using Safari on my iPhone, my iPhone shut down by itself, then it starts up with the Apple logo, but then it goes straight into a black screen, and it is still going into a black screen.

Sounds like you will need to get it looked at by someone, if a reboot does not fix it, it can be a physical issue requiring a board replacement.

Occasionally, simply force quitting the app and relaunching Safari is enough to fix a problem with the browser: Double-click the Home button, then swipe up to shut the Safari app, then restart as usual.

It's not an issue with Safari, the phone does not start.
