My keyboard doesn't work

My HP android beats laptop's keyboard doesn't work. Idk how to do the factory settings on it! And also dont suggest pressing f10 or whatever cos my laptop doesnt show you where is f9, f10 etc!

My usual suggestions with an unresponsive laptop keyboards are
1) Attach a USB keyboard and see if you can make the system work.
2) Take it in for repair. Unless the problem is a ribbon cable that came loose, it's not user-fixable.
