My keyboard types a lot of character how can i fix it?

My keyboard doesn't work. If I press any of the characters on my keyboard, it would type on itself a lot of characters. How can I fix it?

If the keyboard is wired, replace it.

If the keyboard is wireless, find out what is interfering with its signal. There are too many wireless devices around to interfere with each other.
