My Kyocera model c6743 power button is missing how can I turn on

You would need to have the button replaced.

Chances are that the button that's missing is a plastic or rubber plug. Underneath that will be the micro switch that starts the device to carefully point a pencil tip into the hole and you should be able to make it work.

A pencil or a piece of wood - a matchstick or similar - only, please. Metal could cause damage.
