my laptop computer couldn't start

i use Toshiba laptop. my operating system is windows 7. i don't know the reason but my laptop can't start normally, it can't even repair and i tried system restore but it fails to find the backup.
how can you help me?

Try a factory restore next. Make sure your important files have been backed up first.
