My laptop doesn't on

Hello good day. I have problem with my lenovo g40-30 model 80fy, I tried to turn on but nothings happen. When I press the power button the power light indicator lights as well as battery indicator, after I press the power button the lights also turned off and also nothing's happen. But before that I cleaned my laptop but first shutdown my laptop and remove the battery and press again the power button so that there are no left electric preventing for short short circuit, after that I open my laptop and clean. the only thing I did was I removed the ram and returned it right away. Then I screw back the cover and the battery. After that I press the power button and problem occurred.

Any help from you guys?

Try and swap the RAM slots

I don't have another ram slot I tried to remove and insert again.

Try and boot the laptop without the battery.
