My laptop documents are not opening in other laptop

What files exactly are not opening? Need more details, all files are not opening, some, what type documents, video, etc... ? How where those files made? Is the same programs on both systems? Need specs of both systems, especially the operating system version.

If your files appear in "green color", this could mean that they are encrypted. On original laptop - remove encryption, then copy them over.

I really hope you still have access to your original laptop, or its encryption keys. Otherwise, you can kiss your "green color" files goodbye. Seriously!
