my laptop freezes when i play song or video...and games also....in some games it is smooth but in some cant even starts i think its a RAM issue...although it is new 6 month old before bought it 1 month ago i used a ram patch after 10-15 days it starts freezes i have no virus hard disk checked nthing wrong is there i cant figure out problem.......sO plzzzz hlp me m vry frustrated with this problem.

my laptop specs.
3GB ram
1GB intel HD integrated graphic card
i3 processor 2.10GHz
HDD-320GB

You can use memtest+ to ensure the memory is running error free. It should be run at least overnight

You can also use something like HWmon to see the temps in the system.

Download hirens boot cd.
Run full Memtest to test ram, and run full hard drive diagnostics from the cd, do not run diagnostics from within windows.

i have used windows memory daignotis test no problem....n my temperature is aLways between 45 to 55 i think this temperature is IDEAL
