my laptop is ACER E15

I bought it yesterday in online.And the battery cannot be withdrawn externally.The major problem is when i first switched on the battery ,a black screen consisting of terminals appear.And its not opening .What to do?

That sounds like the EFI shell.
Did you purchase the Acer without an Operating System installed on it?
