My laptop is frozen and won’t power off

I have a Lenovo I bought about 2 months ago. Last night It froze up the cursor won’t move. And I can’t get it to power off shut down or nothing. What can I do???

They'll usually power off if you hold the power button for 12 seconds.

otherwise..

Pull the battery out and unplug it. Wait 30 seconds, put the battery back in and plug it back in.

I'm having the same problem but my battery can't be removed, do you have a solution?
