my laptop is not working

my laptop is Dell inspiron 15R and has Windows 8 os.
I uninstalled internet download manager after which it asked me to restart the laptop. After I pressed the ok button it started restarting procedure as usual but it didn't restarted nor did it shut down. It kept showing the dell logo. I waited for at least 1hour but nothing happened. So I pressed it power button to close it. And again started it but same thing happened. Even the automatic repair couldn't repair it. It battery is fully charged.

Your os might be corrupted. Is it possible that you go into bios and see if there is anything unusual being used.
