My laptop isn’t connecting to internet it says “Windows is having trouble connecting to internet”

Sometimes it does connect to internet and most of time it doesn’t

Without any more details....all I have for you is if you are using wifi....click on the wifi icon at the bottom right...click on disconnect....and then connect....or if it just gives you "connect"....click that.

Does the wifi work with your other devices? Does it work when you connect your pc through an ethernet cable? Try updating your drivers.
