My laptop isn't switching on

I removed the PSU and fixed it back but my Laptop( DELL INSPIRON 15R i7 ) is not switching on I tried my friends PSU into my laptop but still it isn't switching on .... Is it because of virus attack?!!!
Please help

If it won't turn on, its definitely a hardware problem and not the result of a virus.
