My laptop keeps freezing and i have to keep shuting it down

My laptop has been freezing when im using it and it stops responding so i have to power it off and on it back again.
Please can you help me fix this problem.

tell us how the temperatures are on the laptop when it's being used... you can download HWmonitor to see your temps.

Also include make and model of the laptop in the first post .
