my laptop keeps on turning off how do i fix it? help please

It stays on for less then 30 minutes then turns off just like that

Install Fanspeed or some other application to check on your temperaturs.
If the temps get too high, you need to get your laptop a serious cleaning on the inside, and maybe the thermal paste replaced if it`s an older laptop.
