My laptop won't charge more than 15% I tried booting without adaptor and battery,nothing works. It won't boot without battery

If it is not charging then I would try the cord in another device to make sure the cord isn't the problem. If the cord is the issue, replace the cord.

Should that work fine, then I would look into replacing the battery.
