My laptop won't play pc games i have windows 10

i am trying to play harry potter and the prissoner of azkaban .. it opens but then closes and comes up with: Critical Error No Label

OS: Windows NT 6.2 (Build: 9200)
CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 2204 MHz with 255MB RAM
Video: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1) (2702)

what do i do? i have tried everything. any suggestions?

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- First is to disconnect other devices connected to your PC. (USB drives, Controllers, Firewire, Camera and Printers)
- If these will not work do try to uninstall/reinstall the graphics card driver.
- Open Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver.
- Check Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to your graphics card.
- Next is to download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer site.
- Reboot your laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do test if the game will work or not.
- If these doesn't work either your last option would be to uninstall/reinstall the game itself.
