my laptop wont turn on

when i tried putting the battery while charging its power up. but when the time i remove the battery while charging and tried to power on it doesnt turn on. only works with battery but i used to play without the battery. can someone help me?

Did you remove the battery while the charger was unplugged from the wall?

Does the battery still charge?
