My lenovo laptop won't turn on

I tried my HDD with another computer and its accesible. So its no problem with HDD, i guess.??
I removed my HDD and tried to turn on my laptop but it says "no media found" but when I attach my HDD, and turn on the laptop, only Lenovo logo comes and then black screen. No boot menu option work either when I tried pressing F1, F8, F12 etc...now what should i do?? Is there any problem with Mother Board?? How can I diagnose furthermore.??

It seems like an issue with the MoBo cause I don't think your power IC is acting up!
