My Lenovo Y50 UHD supports 48 HZ only?

This sucks, everything doesn't look that smooth, I thought using 1080p would increase the HZ but it didn't, I tried to use a program called cru-1.2 but it almost ruined my laptop (Lucky went into safe mode and used the reset option in the program) however what can I do now? In minecraft I get more than 200+ fps. but they don't look smooth...

I thought the same thing!
I updated my NVIDIA drivers using Geforce Exprience
and my intel drivers using the drivers that came with the laptop.

Nope, not at all, all of them are literally 48

I would contact Lenovo. I have never heard of this before. Sorry could not have been more help!

Other people contacted lenovo about the issue and said that they were going to release a update fix which they never did
