my lenovo yoga 3 wil not turn on

i bought a new power supply.but it still will not turn on

Does the cord show it is actually charging the device or that it is getting power?

Also, have you tried removing the charger cord, then removing the battery, and finally plug in the cord alone to see if it will then turn on? If it does, then it is probably a battery needing replacing.
