Question My Luxor tv App Store won’t load up says no response from server!

Brought Luxor smart tv month ago everything working great! And now the App Store won’t load, says cant connect to server. Every other installed app; Netflix, YouTube all working fine so not an internet problem? Have reset tv and disconnected and reconnected WiFi and nothing seems to work! Any help would be great!

Contact their support, the app store is run by the company. If everything else works, it would be an issue with their service.
