Community Question: What's your best advice when shopping for a 4K TV?

my netflix says it is not connected to internet. how do i connect it . i have tryed everything

I have a smart tv and my netflex does not work. can't seem to get it connecked to the internet

Do any of the other apps on the TV work? Web browser, etc?
