My new acer core i3laptop have the same problem no bootable device

When opening my new acer core i3laptop with ubuntu.. It shows no bootable device, please help me

Is the drive seen in the BIOS? Try reseating the drive, make sure drive is in the boot order. Any more details about the issue? Did it work before? If it did, what happened before it stopped working?
