What does it have? USB? USB-C? Aux? Bluetooth?

you can't, you will have to use a pc to convert the music to mp3 format and copy them to a usb drive or if you have a smartphone you can transfer the mp3's to that and connect it via bluetooth in your car

If the car has an aux input you can get a portable CD player.

bluetooth or aux port off the phone is probably the easiest way to do it since you'll have the phone on you anyway. just got to rip those cd's and copy the mp3's to the phone.
