My new Loewe tv will not pick up a ANT signal

My new tv won't pick up any ANT signal.. but there is one as my old tv works just fine.. any ideas?

I am going to assume you mean aerial signal and not the ANT WIRELESS protocol. You must go into TV menu and switch from cable/sat to Antenna specifically.

When I go into the tv menu it gives me many options but I can't see where to switch off the cable one

It says sources. Timer and av lists -

Loewe makes great TVs but the set up can be tricky. Check the owners manual for how to select antenna type and run a channel scan. Only channels found after the scan can be tuned by the TV. Could be under sources but you may have to dig down into the menus.
