My nextbook keeps optimizing apps

Every time I start my tablet a screen comes on saying "optimizing x of xx apps" goes through that restarts and then does it all over again. Had it plugged in overnight and it never went pass this loop.

Do you happen to have the make an model of the laptop? A little more detail on the tablet will give folks a better idea on what to look for in terms of solutions.
