How do i fix my tablet its charged and cracked but it wont turn on its stuck on the loading screen whats wrong with it

Try doing a factory reset, if that does not help you can try flashing a stock ROM image onto it using a computer (do a web search to see if there is a stock ROM for your model and download it). If that does not help you have a hardware issue and need to get it repaired or replaced.
