If there is no headphone jack, what does it have? or tell us the exact model of this Panasonic tv?

If your TV doesn't have an 3.5mm audio jack it should have a Optical jack where you would normally plug in a sound system, You should be able to purchase a 3.5mm audio jack to an optical jack that will fit your TV

If your TV doesn't have an optical jack than you have stereo audio meaning you will need to buy a 3.5mm Female to Stereo audio (which is White and red)

if your TV has none of the above... get creative, or just tell someone who knows more about Audio and TV's.
