my pc froze and restarted

Help me. Ever since i deleted my anti virus my cpu is getting high temps and i wasn't even playing games. Today i was making an assignment with ms word then it just froze and asked me to restart my pc. I got a messagr saying like there is something wring with your pc need to restart.
Do i have a virus?
My cpu is i3 4170
Im using windows 10 64 bit

Post the message please. The wording, any error codes, etc..

Reinstall your AV, update it, and run it.

As for the high temps check that all your fans are running and that there are no airflow obstructions.

There are some other things you can do but just start with the more immediate actions.
