my phone battery is full but it wont turn on... what is wrong with it and can please someone tell me how to fix it

Would help if we had more details. Not much to tell you, based on the information given, besides it being a possibly battery issue of some kind. Might have better luck taking it to a technician who can properly diagnose the problem, if you aren't able to pinpoint it yourself.
