Question My Phone Doesn't Make a Proper Connection USB with My Laptop

Hi, I am having USB connection issues with my phone. Whenever I connect my phone to my laptop, I get a notification that says it's charging but a second later, the "charging" stops. I don't have any issues when I try to charge my phone from an outlet. The fast charging properly works.

So far I've tried:
-Using a different port on my laptop
-Using a different USB cable
-Enabling USB Debugging
-Changing the default USB connection setting
-Connecting my phone to a desktop PC: This made a slight difference as the "charging" didn't stop, presumably because of the higher voltage a desktop PC can provide, however, the "charging" was extremely slow.
Nothing made a difference yet. What could be the issue?

What phone do you have?
