My phone is stuck with the charging screen.

My phone is stuck with the charging screen when I try to turn it on or charge it except there's no movement with the charging circle, I've tried removing the battery & Simm - nothing, draining the battery & charging again - nothing. The screen is motionless, with quarter of the charging circle showing. Can anybody help, please?

Have you dropped your phone/ water damage recently?

If you have then either way, I think your best best is to buy a new battery, it worked with my sister's iphone.

I'm pretty sure that means your battery is dead if the level is stuck.

Then again if you dropped it, you could have bashed some up some important components for charging and thus, a new battery may not solve it.

I would recommend a new battery, quite cheap for most phones and not too hard to re-install, (that is if you are patient and you aren't extremely clumsy!)
