My phone works but not the screen?

my screen isnt workiing? you can hear it turn on and hear all the apps but the screen is black and you can't use the touch scr

What phone do you have? I would probably contact your carrier on this issue, I've never heard or run into this specific issue on phones... Maybe someone else might have some input here, but I don't know.
