my photos from digital camera are not opening on usb

I had my photos from digital camera on my computer but then my computer spoiled and i needed to put the photos on USB to save them but when my computer was repaired the photos were not opening. what sould i do?

you may be missing a photo viewer software, right click on the picture, go to "open with.." then choose either "windows photo viewer" or try any other programs that may come up.
