my r9 290 render painfully slow does anybody know why?

i render a video on 1080p like 3 times slower than the video

Need a little more information such as your computer specs and what software are you using to render the video.

thanks but thank GOD i fixed it, i now use adobe premiere pro cc and now is lighting fast xD
