my Razer Kraken pro's mic does not work on my new pc

i just built a new pc, i connected my Razer Kraken Pro to it and the audio works, but the mic does not, my pc says that there is a device plugged into it but it doesnt pick up any sound.
P.S: it still works on my old pc, and i have windows 10

Did you make sure that the mic was set as your default mic?
