my s5360 galaxy dont start

plz help...somethings wrong with my phone...on the first it hangs and i turn it off..when i turn it on it dont start...only the galaxy y appears on the screen... someone help me..

Not much you can do unless you know how to reload the operating system. Does not sound like it's an issue with the battery, but could be a hardware issue. Make sure you don't wipe the sd card that may have pictures or something on it, but to fix it, you will probably have to wipe the onboard memory.
